Exchange and return

All products purchased at www.handmadebymarle.dk can be exchanged for another item or returned within 14 days of receipt. If you want to exchange or return an item you must send an e-mail to   shop@handmadebymarle.dk within 14 days of receipt and explain why you want to return or what you would like to exchange to. Your invoice must be attached. You have to return the item within 14 days after sending the e-mail.
All items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received. The goods must be returned in the original packaging to avoid transport damage. Please note that the right of withdrawal is cancelled if it is assessed that the product is damaged due to insufficient packaging.
The freight for exchange or return is paid by the customer. If you want to exchange for another item, the shipping on the new item is free, and if you want a refund, your shipping from the purchase will of course also be refunded. 
If you want to return a gift that has been purchased at www.handmadebymarle.dk, the item can be exchanged for another item for the same amount. If you want to exchange for a more expensive item, you can pay the difference and have the new item sent to you. 

Delivery:

Delivery to DK: 2-4 weekdays
Delivery outside DK: 3-7 weekdays

Shipping costs

Denmark: 45,00 DKK / 6 EUR

Outside DK: The price depends on each country and will show at checkout.

Notice: All items are handmade. Glaze and size will therefore vary and every item is unique.
